surrender...AND WIN!!!

Matt 16:21 a. From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, b. and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

You have to KILL those old habits - Dead! For your body to LIVE! Christ had to DIE and be raised again to operate in the fullness of His power. Somethings have to die to receive the fullness of their glory. The caterpillar must surrender his WHOLE being to return as the beautiful butterfly.

Die (kill your old habits) so that you might live! God's Word is applicable and true in all of lifes situation. He tells us how to live. He teaches how to sustain ourselves, our bodies, our lives and most of all our Power. The power that God has given us is not metaphorical. It is LITERAL. He said, GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD. Now, I don't always feel so 'great'. I don't always feel like more than a conqueror. But how I feel doesn't matter. Its who I am. I want my body to function without pills and shots and dialysis and doctor visits so I have to do for my body what it NEEDS not what it 'wants'. It surely doesn't want to give up cake or sweet treats or fried chicken. But it NEEDS to die to the binds of those foods so that it can LIVE. I have to make the choices, just as Christ did, to surrender some thing in order to win EVERYTHING.

Recipe: Pineapple Chicken & Veggies w/rice
1lb Grilled Chicken Strips (cooked by you is best; but you can choose Butter ball in the deli case it has low sodium)
10oz bag of frozen mixed chinese veggies
1/4 cup of Pineapple Salsa (Trader Joes)
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks (drained)
Cooked rice

Note: This makes a family size portion. I don't usually prepare it this way if I'm eating it just for me. I just mix up the chicken with 1/2 tsp of the pinapple salsa and add a few chunks of the pinapple toss it in with a cup of veggies and nuke it and put it over some rice for a meal in minutes.

The long way: Sautee the chicken in the pineapple salsa, add veggies, pineapple chunks and serve over rice. It doesn't take MUCH longer but I don't particularly like messing up a pan in the middle of the day:)

Exchanges: 2oz of Protein B; 1/2 cup Veggie A; 1/2 cup carb B; 1/4 cup fruit B
Make sure you use this meal appropriately for your body type.

Prayer: Lord, let me be an instrument of your peace. Help me to surrender my will today and replace it with your strength. I need you to be my covering and restore my joy. God I desire a healthy relationship with food and with you. Keep my feet from falling. Help me to place my mind on you all day. I don't want to start out strong and finish weak. Help me to find consistency in your holy spirit to the tearing down of strongholds. Bless all those I come in contact with today. Destroy yokes and remove doubt. Heal bodies Lord. Strengthen minds. Restore peace and establish your kingdom, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Back to Eden: Eat to Lose - A Christian Approach to Weight Loss

What is it? It is addressing the real, root cause of our weight issues using the tools that God has given us and standing on the promises that God has given us and the power that God has given us.

What it isn't? It's not starvation, pills, shakes or no carb living.

God has made certain promises and provision to us and for us. I have found that when we seek Him and His word, he is very clear on what we should do, how we should live and what we should eat.

I have also realized that in using food inappropriately I have caused certain consequences in my life. I often used food for friendship, solace, comfort, enjoyment, to assuage guilt and to replace love. Those choices led to an unhealthy dependence on food to do somethings that it is really incapable of doing. Food is intended to be used for 'fuel'. All the other things I tried to use it for, were the things that God wanted to be for me. It wasn't until I became so frustrated with the high blood pressure, high cholesterol, big waist, etc., that I finally FINALLY surrendered my fat to God.

I was always praying person. I even prayed 'about' my fat. But to really, really, really, surrender my fat to God. Well, to be honest, I felt it too trivial. I mean, I had friends surrendering their cancer, their finances, their marriages, etc., to God. How could I trouble Him with something as trivial as my FAT? But I was finally undone. I couldn't do it any longer. I was working out 3-4 days a week, practically starving - eating ice cubes and grapes (figuratively) and still at the end of the month having lost barely a pound. I was ready to give up and that was exactly what God was waiting for.

I finally gave it up...to Him. I told him how sorry I was. How I realized I let pride get in the way of my success. I thought I could do THIS..this weight thing, without Him. He said to me...finally. Now let me show you. And He has. I started this plan on 1/4/2010 at 204 lbs at a size 18/20. I am now down to a size 10/12 (as of 4/13/10) the first 15lbs without EXERCISE. I started adding the exercise now that I know the plan is working. Actually, as of today (6/29/10), I can put on a size 8 (but I still can't quite breathe in it yet:)comfortably).

Anyway, a few friends asked me about my weight loss and how I have been doing it. I wanted to share, but wanted to be sure that it was real and working (not just 'water' weight loss or placebo) before sharing it. Then I only shared with a couple of people to see if their results would be as effective. It has been.

Whether it is a few pounds or just wanting to get healthy this is the way to do it. I am doing personal body typing and consultations for $75 (YouTube friends and Facebook friends get a discount at $50 so add me on facebook right away - Lisa Indyatalks Thatch). Note this is a one time cost for your materials and the consultation. You won't be eating shakes, or pills or anything else you have to buy from me.

I will provide you with a meal plan and food choices specific for your body type. You can even review it with your doctor for soundness. It really, really works and is healthy. But more importantly, I will pray with you and for you. I will send emails with encouragement and recipes and triumphant success stories to encourage you to succeed and persevere.

Matthew 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

The GREAT news is that God has given us the ability and authority to overcome EVERY obstacle that we face, while on this earth. We have super powers. We really do. The bad thing about it, is we are our own cryptonite. We allow our own thoughts and actions to supercede the abilities that God has placed in us.

The principle of binding and loosing is not an abstract one. It is a recurring theme that God has shown us time and time again but we loose sight of it because we have 'sight'. We keep forgetting to walk by faith and not by sight. When we resist the devil, he does flee. He has to do what God's word says about him. But when we see him out of the corner of our eye or when he comes back, we think that our power didn't work. It did. It does. It just ain't over yet.

Every day we have to make the choice to bind and loose. The journey that we are on to get healthy and stay healthy is not a temporal one. It is a life long journey. We can't bind up unhealthy habits and loose good habits for a week and think that's got us covered for the next 100 years. It doesn't work like that. We have to be careful when we are setting goals because we are often too shortsighted. Its not about a number on the scale, its about several #s. Blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol, A1C, Ketones, BMI, BF%...we can't just get to one number and sit down. The promises of God are YEA and AMEN. He made promises to us, but just like accepting Christ; we have to be an active participant in the promises. Choose LIFE! God has some things He needs you to do.

Recipe:
Tired of Rice or potatoes for your Carb? Try this summer bean salad.
Garbanzo Bean Salad
1 14oz can Garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, seeded and diced
1/3 chopped red onion
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablesspoon lemon juice
Lite salt/pepper to taste

Place beans, tomato, cucumber, onion and basil in medium bowl. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lite salt/pepper in a small bowl until combined. Pour over bean mixture and gently toss to combine ingredients.

Exchange: 1/2 cup serving is 1 Carb B. Use it whereever a carb is needed for a fresh summer side dish.

Prayer: Lord, help us to use the keys you have given us. Help us to be consistent. So often we start strong and give up midway. We need you to help us to stand on your promises and not waver in the faith. Sometimes we face obstacles that feel like we can overcome. Remind us of what we are capable of. Show us your way and keep our feet from falling. We love you and thank you for your forgiveness. We wish to honor you today with our choices. In Jesus Name...Amen

Love is a battlefield

I am fighting for love. I can't seem to let go, the ties that bind are strong. The love is not just the catalyst but also the fuel for my perseverence. I am trying to prove something. What is it? Am I attempting to prove God's word? Love conquers all? That it does, but is it my charge to prove? That I do not know.

I hold on and keep fighting a formidable adversary. But I have to keep reminding myself...I am fighting IN Victory not FOR Victory!!! WE already win. The battle has been fought and won on calvary. Strangely, I fight myself. Every step of the way. I know when and what I 'should' be doing but I allow myself to get in my own way. I 'rest' in 'mess' instead of in God. When I sit back to breathe I fill myself with nonsense instead of encouragement. I allow myself to be surrounded by a blaring TV or an annoying radio instead of cloaking myself in the praises of God. I already WON! So why do I still fill my mind and mouth with woe?

I have to step back and behave like a victor. Behave as one worthy of accolades of success and triumph. Behave as an overcomer. Behave as a winner. Because that's what I am. I am MORE THAN A CONQUEROR! And so are you!!

That which I should do I do not

Junk Food - The drug of choice
Romans 7: 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

We face a tremendous amount of difficulty as we attempt to overcome our addictions and reliance on foods. Not only do many of us have an unhealthy emotional relationship with food we are also chemically addicted to it! I am not giving out excuses to fail or give up, quite the opposite, I believe, as many of the '_________anon's' teach that the first step to overcoming the addiction is accepting the TRUTH.

I have heard the gamit from, 'its just my sweet toof' (u kno the 1 'toof' left cuz u ain't brushed between eatin' all them sweets!) (lol) and 'I just like the way food tastes'. Well, we are supposed to enjoy food, just like we are supposed to enjoy sex (another one of those lovely little benefits to being human that God gave us) BUT (and its a big but) we are supposed to enjoy them as God intended. We should not use food as a replacement for God's love, self-love, or another's love. Food is not intended to combat boredom, emptiness or lonliness. Food's job is to provide fuel for the body, an awesome creation, that has the ability to HEAL itself! Problem is the fuel we use is often not the fuel we need. Let me give you an example. You decide one day, you so do not like the smell of gasoline, you are going to use olive oil to fuel your car. I don't care how much olive oil you use to fuel your car...its NOT going to move! You could spend your whole day polishing and waxing and washing that car with a full tank of olive oil and its not moving. Sounds like a silly notion, I mean who's crazy enough to put a full tank of olive oil in their car and expect to be able to drive it? Who's crazy enough to put (Chips, candy, pie, cheese,soda,butter,cake,ice cream)o I'm sorry, I went off on a tangent because I just started thinking about how many times I 'fuel' my body with the wrong things and not just fuel it with the wrong things I also avoid the right things sometimes because I don't 'LIKE' them. Our bodies need-require a wide variety of proteins, carbs, fruits and vegetables in proper combinations. We can't just keep giving our bodies the fuel and wonder why its broke down and busted.

Just do it!

Recipe
Pepper Steak w/Onions and rice

1lb Lean Steak
1 large onion coarsely chopped
1 large green pepper coarsely chopped
Lite Salt/Pepper to taste
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp onion pwder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp corn starch (optional)
1/2 cup water or beef broth (low sodium)
1 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce

In a large skillet, add 1lb steak, sliced and seasoned with dry ingredients to pan. Cook through, add onions/green peppers/garlic. Cook until onions and peppers are at desired tenderness. Add soy sauce, and or additional liquid, if needed and whisk in corn starch (for thickening). Serve over a 1/2 cup of white or brown rice.

Exchanges:
1 Protein - C (Beef); 1 Veggie A (Peppers/Onions); 1 Carb A (rice)

Prayer: Lord, strengthen our hearts and minds to be obedient to our spirit. Remind us to seek you as the source of our stregth and the strength of our life. We trust you completely and totally. Help us to trust you where we don't trust you. Forgive us for our short comings and remove the guilt that attempts to bind us up in fear of failure. Remind us we are more than conquerors. I D-E-C-L-A-R-E War!!

Fighting an enemy with soldiers who don't know how to fight!

I am in the midst of a WAR, fighting an enemy that has been laying in wait for me. I have to fight for my life and yours! The enemy is attempting sift us like wheat and burn us up like tow! I don't have time to teach you how to use your weapons in the midst of the war-you will get us both killed! I cannot worry about sligting you or hurting your feelings because you don't understand what I am doing! Get the hell out of the way and whatever it is that you know how to do that will not get in the way or hinder our success - go do that thing!!! I cannot explain to you everything I say or do. I don't have time to even minister to your need right now I am fighting for your soul!

Right now I serve notice on satan that I will not be distracted, I cannot be dismayed, I will not be moved with emotion, I am a soldier at war and in no mood to play games!

If you don't know how to use your weapons don't come stand in the front line or you will get us all killed!!!!!!!!

Every little step I take!


Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

We just wanna jump right on the scale after one meal and say 'BAM' down 20lbs or we want to fall off plan and eat what we want and still show 25lbs lighter or we want to be able to run a marathon after just one jogging session. Well, good luck with that because the reality of success in ANYTHING is perserverence. Anybody can 'start' something but it takes true intestinal fortitude to continue. The race - any race - the race for weight loss, prosperity, heaven, wholeness, perfection, no race is given only to the strong or the swift because the real winner is the one that endures to the end...the one that actually FINISHES the race.

Decide today to take another step toward your success, don't give up. Pack your foods (nutritional energy), get in some excercise (physical energy), get in some prayer (spiritual energy). Be whole and WIN!!!

Recipe:
Summer Salad

Spring mix salad greens
Grape Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Red Onions
2 boiled eggs (remove yolk)
2 Grilled Chicken Strips
Grapefruit Slices
Grapefruit Vinegrette Dressing or Poppyseed dressing (1/2 Tbsp)

Toss it altogether and you can make 2 meals out of it. Add a small baked potato on the side if you need a carb in your meal and enjoy!!

Exchanges: 1-Veggie A, 1/2 Protein A, 1/2 Protein B - if you add the potato, 1 Carb B

Father's Day Post



This is the DAY!

This is the Day the the Lord has made - Father's Day wish to the Lord


Today is Father's Day. Not really a day I ever remember celebrating in my life as a child. But now, I have to teach my sons the importance of honoring their father. It is the first commandment with promise. They are encouraged to respect and honor their dad all year long, but something special on today. We've got something special planned for him tonite!

Continuing to seek God to be able to be an honorable wife who does not speak harshly to her husband and shows a unified front to the children. (Notice I said - continuing to seek God for this...trust me, I have not arrived.) I trust God to day, to honor my efforts and bless my husband. Find it in Himself to let now be the appointed time for all things to work together for the good.

I need to trust that God is God, whether or not things are going as I'd like them too. I am thankful, that even while things are not as I would 'like' them to be, they are still not as bad as they could be or even were. On this day that you have made, Lord, I will rejoice and be glad in it.

Now unto Him which ia able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that I can ask or even think...Happy Father's Day - Heavenly Father.

Lord, I keep trying not to get ahead of you and to find it within me to stand. And to stand therefore with my loins girt and my feet shod and my breastplate on and my helmet on and my sword at my side ready to fight. Standing when I wanna run. Standing when I'd rather hide. Standing when throwing in the towel feels like victory. Just standing...with my outstretched hands and my broken heart. Standing in the enemies lair trying desperately to remember I've already won. Standing half-heartedly not even really believing. Standing because giving up right now would take more than I have in me. Standing, oblivious to the fact that You are right there in my loneliness, in my desperation, in my bleakness, in the center of my vicissitude YOU never left me...standing...alone.

There's no hocus pocus...just fix your focus!

Rom14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. 19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

So often we stumble an fall because we are not paying attention. Or we are paying attention to the wrong thing. When I focus on the things I'm 'missing' like sugary treats or cheese, I fixate usually until I give over to them. But when I fix my thoughts on my goals: gettiing to a size 5/6, finishing a triathalon,living a long propsperous life, sharing the gospel, writing God's word on my heart,supporting my husband and son to achieve their goals, becoming wealthy enough to be a blessing to many,the list goes on and on...guess what-no time for cake!

Get busy about your righteousness, peace,joy in the Holy Ghost because that's the Kingdom of God!

Recipe:
Hibachi Chicken n mushrooms

1lb Chicken Breasts
1pk Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 Tsp Olive Oil (just for sautee' the mushrooms - don't go over board)
Powdered ginger
lite salt/pepper to taste
Low sodium soy sauce

Grill the chicken in non-stick pan, add seasonings. Once the chicken is cooked, add the oil and the mushrooms. Serve over white rice (or brown rice) with a bit of low sodium soy sauce. Enjoy!!

U want mighty works...get around believers...in God and in YOU

Mtt 13:58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

Its not enough that you believe in yourself or even in God or in Christ. Christ himself was limited by the level of belief people had in Him. That was so revelatory to me. That's how important it is to believe in your husband, wife, friend, child...we hold some of the keys to their success. Likewise take care to choose carefully those you surround yourself with. Avoid naysayers and narrow minded individuals. They actually thwart your success.

I believe bigger than I can see, not just for me but for you. I believe that you are more than conquerors. I believe that you are mighty men and women not only in charge of your own destinies but you hold the key to the prosperity of your families. Many of you are the 'Joseph' of your families. You are the one making provision for your clan. Your success is not optional its mandatory. You are the glue and mortar for those connected to you.

I always say it...its not FOR you!!! Don't you get it? God wants - needs you to succeed so that you can pull some others out of their circumstances!

When you realize the value, give it all you got!!

Matt 13:44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

Godly principles are not magic. They are often quite elementary. Simplistic things that we overlook in search of something 'deep' or 'far-reaching'. We have been given the key to long life, good health, prosperity of the body, and the keys to weight loss. Unfortunately, sometimes they just seem too simple for us to really invest in. Eat the right foods, in the right portion, at the right times, each day...then repeat tomorrow. But we want to, I don't know...I think we 'say' we want to make it easier, but we really in truth, want to complicate it. Can I have this? Is it a whole food? Then NO. Can I have that? Did God make it? Then No. Simple answers but because we have lived so long in the corruption and bastardization of processed foods, real foods, don't even taste real. We don't know how delicious a strawberry is because we've never just savored it, without sugar or cream or whatever. We forgot how yummy chicken can be because we haven't eaten it without all the breading and oils that have been injected into it. These chemical processes that have been applied to our foods don't only add fat they also are proccessed, engineered, if you will, to make us 'crave' them and in mass quantities.

The purging and purifying process is not just for your cabinets. Purge your body. Get all the water in. Put only whole foods in. Limit or completely EXCLUDE the junk. You know the value, so now GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT!!

(formerly Judy B - congratulations on the nuptuals) and Cris T. - It takes strength, courage, honor and perseverance to look in the mirror and admit when you have not done all you can and then to DO something about it. Recipe:
I don't know what to call it. My mother made it while I was here and it was good. Let's just call it 'turkey noodle soup'

1lb Turkey Legs (boiled and picked - take the bones out and keep the 'broth')
1 can no sodium diced tomatos
1 large can of chinese stir fry veggies (they were at family dollar)
1 cup (uncooked) Penne Pasta rice noodles
seasonings to taste

Cook the Turkey Legs by boiling them. Remove them one by one from the water and pull off the bone, returning the 'turkey meat' to the water. Add the tomatoes and veggies and simmer for about 10 mins. Then add the pasta cook until pasta is tender. Enjoy. You may add more broth (low sodium chicken broth) or water, if you like but it was great.

Exchanges:
1 Protein C; 1 Veggie A; 1/2 Carb B (unless you deliberately spoon out penne, you barely get enough to be a serving).

Where does your strength come from

Thought for the day: Where does you strength come from? (previously sent 2/12/10)

Ps 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

My personal update: as of 2/11 - I am down more 3 more pounds (since 2/3) AND I have lost a total of 3 inches!! That's in ONE WEEK WITH MY PERIOD (tmi - i KNOW!!) BUT Yeah Me!!

Cutie Judy D. - Congratulations with yo cute sef!! Judy has her shirt TUCKED IN to her jeans today!! Way to celebrate that new figure. You go girl. I'm proud of you. Keep going!!

Pam D. - You better PLAN chick! So happy you called me from the store yesterday. Staying on task and planning your meals are why you are SHEDDING that weight - Slim!

You will notice focus was not on WEIGHT today. Its on how you 'FEEL'. This video speaks VOLUMES about what I have been trying to say to everyone about this journey in wellness. Its a JOURNEY! Not a TRIP! You are not gonna get there in a couple days and be done with it. We are reconditioning our bodies to operate to their fullest capacity!

Don't get bogged down in pounds as your only 'results, results, results'. Yes, we want weight loss results, but also long term results. The pounds dropping off is the jumpstart and the inspiration we need to be and stay motivated but everyone loses weight differently. Some of us lose fat first, others gain muscle (which is heavier than fat - but burns fat), others retain more water and so on.

Don't be a slave to the #'s. How do you 'feel'? How do your clothes feel? Do you have more energy? Those are better indicators of your progress. Check out this video, he is informative and entertaining: (a little young - but still cute - LOL)

Giving Thanks!!

Just getting back from church with my mom in Ohio. I'm so thankful that God created me in his image. I would have missed so much if I harbored unforgiveness in my heart. The love we share and the time we had was wonderful. The blessings of God released upon us and I'm looking forward to the increase.

The message was about looking at the world with 'faith' eyes rather than 'fear' eyes. The israelites spied the land, all looking at the same 'land' but perceiving it quite differently. Most of them were overtaken even before the fight began because it was already lost in their own 'eyes'. Only Caleb and Joshua could look at the land and the spoils God had set before them with the 'faith' to over-TAKE it! I will visualize my victory in all things. I have the victory because God says so.

Not just for me, but His abundance is laid up for all of his children. God is not a respecter of persons. He wants us to have life and life more abundantly. Trust in God and look to HIM not our circumstances.

I will look to you Lord for all the desires of my heart. Deliverance, Healing, Finances, Properity, Love, Peace, Weight Loss, Good Health, Long life, healthy and prosperous friendships, fullfilling marriage and my list can go on and on. I love you Lord and I thank you for promising to withhold from me NO GOOD THING. All that I desire when I seek you first and the Kingdom of God will be added unto me.

You are the source of my strength and the strength of my life. God send a blessing to them that read this post. Encourage them in their coming in and their going out. In their trials and tribulations, encourage them to look to you in the midst of their storm so that they can take the focus off the situation and walk by Faith.

How deep will you dig?

Matthew 13:8 But other fell into good ground and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold, 9 who hath ears to hear let them hear

We all know the parable of the sower dropping seeds along the way. Some of us take this approach to our goals, not checking fully in with what we are doing. A little exercise here and there, eating right some of the time, off and on getting our water in, praying a bit from time to time, etc. But when you set the conditions, dig deep - get SERIOUS about what you are doing, you WILL see results. PERIOD! Some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold but you WILL SEE IT. We are in control of our conditions.

Remember your 5P's:

Pray
Plan
Purge
Prepare and PRAY some more. Dig deep and get your results that God has promised.

I contacted this successful woman of God PERSONALLY to ask her permission to share her progress. She is my HERO!!! Kim J. of MD started this program in Mid April at 321lbs and hit the ground running with a heart and a mind to bust hell wide open and get out of those 300's and assume her place in good health as a role model in her field of health care. Knowing that faith without works is DEAD Kim is now at 298lbs!!! OUT of the 300's and on her way out of the 200's!!! Kim I am SOOOO PROUD OF YOU! I know that you are doing it not just for you, but as an example to Keila and you are an example and a HERO to us ALL!!!

Recipe:
Breakfast Scramble

1cup egg beaters
10 oz frozen spinach, (thawed and drained)
1/2 cup roasted potatoes&onions (I use the ones I roasted with my turkey sausage)
1/2 cup turkey sausage (cooked, chopped or crumbled)
seasoning to taste
land o lakes fake cheese shake flavor (I'm not at home so I can't go in the cabinet to get the real name of this one for you. Go look for it in the same place the butter buds are:)
I can't believe its not butter spray

Note: You can make the turkey sausage w/onions & green peppers the night before.

In a square tin pan, spray cooking spray lightly. Preheat oven to 350. Combine in bowl ALL ingredients, except fake cheese shake flavor. Pour into pan. Bake for 20 minutes until set. Spray with I can't believe its not butter and shake cheese flavor (lightly) on top. Allow to set for 5 mins and cut a 8-10oz slice.
